LACTATION SUPPORT IN GRAND RAPIDS, MI

Breastfeeding Support

Physician-led, IBCLC-certified.

Breastfeeding is one of the most intimate expressions of care a mother can offer her child. The bond that forms in those early feeding moments — the way mother and baby learn each other, adjust to each other, and nourish each other — deserves support that honors both of them. Dr. Sebastian approaches every lactation consultation with that in mind. Breastfeeding is something worth protecting and nurturing with the full depth of her clinical and lactation expertise.

breastfeeding SUPPORT IN GRAND RAPIDS, MI

Lactation care that goes as deep as you need it to.

Lactation care with Dr. Sebastian combines hands-on feeding support with medical expertise. As both a pediatrician and IBCLC — with years of lactation consultations woven into her clinical practice — she can evaluate feeding challenges in the context of your baby's overall health and development, allowing for a more comprehensive and integrated approach to care.

Dr. Sebastian holds both credentials:

Dr. Sebastian's NABBLM-C boards are pending (fall 2026). She currently practices as a physician and IBCLC, and will become board-certified in Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine upon completion — making her one of very few physicians in West Michigan holding this credential.
